Each week of our Pre-Wedding Yoga Program is dedicated to particular theme, with custom-designed sequences and practices to help you achieve all of the following:
- Relax: Gain tools for stress management, improve your sleep patterns, and learn how to cope with even the most overwhelming situations. Restore, relax, and refresh during a hectic time.
- Empower: Learn to feel strong and confident through a time that is often full of uncertainties and emotional fluctuations.
- Beautify: Celebrate and intensify your inner beauty by exploring your individual gorgeousness and femininity. We will also work to target certain areas of the body- the ones you'll be excited to show off in your wedding dress!
- Unify: Through a unique and bonding "date night" session, practice and play with your partner. Have fun, improve communication, learn to work together.
- Embrace: Learn how to fully open up your heart to beauty, love, and bliss.
- Connect: Meet and bond with other women who are on a similar journey.
